Worfolk

Worfolk are a community of like minded sea swimmers. Merfolk or merpeople, are mythical water dwelling human like beings, Worfolk consider themselves the Worthing based merfolk. Online there are over 300 people in the Facebook group and there are informal meet-ups once or twice a day for swims and dips. As the group has grown and developed since it began in 2021, members of the group requested a logo to represent the community.

Within the Worfolk community the admins suggested a logo competition, which would be decided by a vote. After my logo was chosen, members expressed their desires to have the logo printed onto various objects. I put together another vote and the community chose to have the logo embroidered onto iron patches, I liaised with a local company and the result is below.
